In order to use our online rental application service, you must register at ProprioLocation.

Start by completing the registration form with your information. Then choose a password that you can easily remember. It must be at least 8 characters, including 1 number and 1 special character.

If you are a CORPIQ member and are registered at ProprioEnquête®, you can link your account by adding the number on the back of your CORPIQ membership card in the field provided for this purpose. This will allow you to automatically transmit your rental applications to ProprioEnquête®, thus avoiding to manually fill out the information on your applicant.

Finally, check the box “I accept the terms of use of the electronic rental application” and click on “Create my account“.

A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided. Click on the link to validate your account and log in.

Yes, you can add your CORPIQ account information to your profile at any time. You can link your accounts by adding the number on the back of your CORPIQ card, in the provided space for this purpose in your profile.

Find the answers to your questions through our FAQs or send us your questions, comments, and suggestions with the small tooltip at the bottom right of the screen when you are on the ProprioLocation application.

The rental application is a free service.

For generating an electronic lease, the regular price is $7.49 / lease

Introductory price: $4.49 / lease for a limited period 

Special volume prices 

• 50 leases (12% discount) – $329.56 ($6.59 / lease)
• 100 leases (18% discount) – $614.18 ($6.14 / lease)
• 250 leases (36% discount) – $1160.95 ($4.64 / lease)

If you are a CORPIQ member, you get a 40% discount on the regular price.

You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot password?“. You must enter the email address you used to register.

You will receive an email entitled “Forgot your password” (don’t forget to check your junk mail). This email will include a link to reset your password.

Yes, you are free to delete your account as you wish.

For your information, if you have any lease credits left on your account, they will unfortunately not be refunded.

Simply go to the delete your account section in your profile and click on the delete button.

WARNING: The deletion of your account will be final once you have clicked on the button.
